Upon sign-up, all users will begin with a 30-day free trial of Premium to experience all Cltch has to offer with no commitment.

If we do not have a card on file, you will automatically lose access to Premium and be downgraded to the Free plan.

If you choose not to pay for Premium, you will notice these changes in the software:

  • You can no longer view and manage your Reptiles/Clutches. Upgrade at any time to see them again.
  • Previously received Waitlist requests are hidden, and you can no longer receive new requests.
  • You will still appear on Snake Social, but your public Clutches are not visible.
  • You can no longer create new Reptiles and Clutches.

To continue enjoying all Premium features, add a payment method to your account before your free trial ends.

Yes. Cltch is a pay-as-you-go service, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

If you downgrade your plan, you can keep enjoying Premium features until your current billing cycle ends.

No credit card information is required. Before your free trial ends, we will ask you to update your payment details to keep using Premium.

Your card on file will be charged monthly or annually, depending on your plan.

If you upgrade from Free to Premium, your card will be charged immediately and your billing cycle reset.
