Using the Action Center

The Action Center helps you quickly build family trees by identifying animals with matching Clutch IDs that do not already belong to a clutch in your system.

This feature is not optimized for mobile, we recommend using desktop when confirming reptile relationships in the Action Center.

Approving Action Center Items

1. Open a suggested Clutch by clicking on the header to open the accordion.
2. Review the suggested hatchlings to confirm they belong to the same clutch. If a hatchling doesn’t belong, hover over it’s reptile card, click the kebab on the right, and select Remove. If a hatchling is missing, click Add Reptile and search for it within your collection.
3. Associate the correct parents. Click Add Female to find the dame in your collection and add her to the record. Click Add Male to find the sire in your collection and add him to the record.d
4. Confirm the hatch date. If multiple DOBs are suggested, select the correct option from the dropdown.
5. Click Record Clutch. The card will be removed from the Action Center, and a clutch will be saved in your Hatched Clutches section of the Workspace. These animals will now be connected via their Family Tree.

Why is the Action Center Empty?

The Action Center will be empty when no unrecorded clutches are detected by the system. Make sure animals from the same clutch share a Clutch ID when uploaded to ensure they can be linked together.
